Bill, along with Assistant District governor Rebecca Vanderloop (Not pictured) attended Beaver Dam's Regular meeting. Bill Mentioned that there are 529 Districts in Rotary International. Beaver Dam is in District 6250. There is $1.2 Billion in kind donations worldwide. The main effort for Rotary International is to eradicate polio worldwide. Bill mentioned certain fundraising efforts that took place. He said that the Bill and Malinda Gates foundation will match $2 for our every $1. There are 200 different countries that have boots on the ground for these efforts. “Be The Inspiration” is this years slogan. Bill has traveled to Samalia to hand out dry milk and has traveled to numerous refugee camps.
